Future-Oriented Innovations

Schünemann provides their business partners not only with quality state-of-the-art products but also future-oriented innovations.

The company policy is to invest in research and development in order to continue offering innovative products of outstanding quality. Various patents from their company are evidence of this commitment to research and development. One of these patents is a multifunctional valve specially designed for use with gas for the filling of monogases and/or gas mixtures in a particularly compact modular design. This valve complies with the extreme guidelines and conditions of the Federal Agency for Material Research and Testing (BAM) concerning burnout safety in the case of oxygen surges and has obtained the approval for applications with an operating pressure of up to 400 bar.

Design

3D CAD Design with Flow Analysis and Visualisation Tools

Schünemann’s valves are developed using modern design and construction software tools. These include 3D CAD software and the latest flow analysis/visualisation tools such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Production

Latest CNC Machining Centres

Conventional machines are supplemented by the latest CNC turning, milling and drilling centres.

Production planning, control and monitoring is supported using a BDE data acquisition system and a connection to an ERP /PPS system

Quality Assurance

Testing

Five test units are used to check settings, functions, strength, leak tightness, flow and pressure loss.

Schünemann guarantees all their products to be of high quality.

The guarantee is based on the constantly controlled combination of high quality materials and the strictest quality controls for all production processes. This includes the comprehensive inspection of all valves and filters for strength and leak tightness as well as the continuous batch tracking of the materials used. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
